Download data files for exercises

All data files needed for TP4 exercises are gather in this single archive. Save this file in your home directory, extract it by double-clicking it, or using the command:

tar -xzf TP4_autumn.tgz

You can the remove the archive with:

rm TP4_autumn.tar.gz

In the archive you will find directories corresponding to the different exercises:

• Ex1_data_reduc_NGC613: HST and VLT data for charactirising and reducing astronomical images.

• Ex2_dynamics: rotation curve of NGC6015, star kinematics within a galaxy, galaxy dynamics within a cluster.

• Ex3_HR_diagram_M15: M15 multi-band data for color-diagram magnitude and cluster age determination.

• Ex4_grav_lensing_A370: weak and strong lensing with galaxy cluster Abell 370.

• Ex5_Nbody_cosmo: python script to analyse cosmological N-body simulations.
